Get Ready for a Rockin' Night at Hush Puppy Music Co-op: Carver Commodore to Headline!
Hush Puppy Music Co-op is bringing indie rock energy to Greenwood this Tuesday with a performance you won’t want to miss! The Florence, Alabama-based band Carver Commodore will headline the show, promising to “get rowdy in the Old City Hall” with their lively and energetic performance. Known for their high-octane stage presence and a sound influenced by bands like The Strokes and Kings of Leon, Carver Commodore is sure to have the crowd dancing and singing along.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. at Old City Hall, 121 Main St., with the show kicking off at 7 p.m. The night will open with Memphis-based Heartbreak Hill, a three-piece band featuring electric blues guitarist Matt Hill and his wife Nikki. Hill, an award-winning blues artist, is known for his electrifying live performances, and together they’ll set the stage for a fantastic evening of music.
Carver Commodore is currently on a national tour, and Greenwood is the smallest city on their schedule—a stop they are excited to make. With performances lined up in Nashville, Birmingham, and Texas, the band will bring a taste of national indie rock to the Mississippi Delta. Their latest EP, If Nothing Happens, captures the spirit of a hardworking band chasing their musical dreams, and their set will feature a mix of fan favorites and new, unreleased music.
Tickets are $10 at the door, and this is a family-friendly event. Hush Puppy encourages everyone to come out and enjoy an unforgettable night of live music!
